Purchase motorcycles, parts, accessories, and other goods from Up Garage, Yahoo! Auctions Japan, Mercari Japan, Japanese auction houses, and other vendors throughout Japan and have them forwarded internationally.

Our Auction Credits service gives international customers a straightforward way to purchase items from Japanese sellers that may not offer international payment or shipping.

$1 CREDIT = $1 USD OF PURCHASING POWER

Purchase the number of Auction Credits equal to the maximum USD amount you want us to spend or bid on your behalf.

Want to bid or purchase up to $2,500?
Purchase 2,500 Auction Credits.

Credits can be used toward purchases from:

• Up Garage
• Yahoo! Auctions Japan
• Mercari Japan
• Japanese motorcycle and automotive auctions
• Japanese parts dealers and specialty shops
• Other Japanese vendors selling goods that you need purchased and forwarded internationally

Quick & Easy Refunds

If we lose an auction or are unable to complete the requested purchase, your unused Auction Credits can be refunded.

This allows you to fund your intended purchase or maximum bid in advance without paying for an item we were unable to secure.

What Auction Credits Cover

Auction Credits cover the purchase price of the item only.

They do not include:

• Domestic shipping within Japan to our warehouse
• International shipping
• Processing or handling charges
• Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges where applicable

These costs are separate and vary depending on the item, seller, destination, shipping method, and applicable import requirements.

How It Works

1. Find the item you want from Up Garage, Yahoo! Auctions Japan, Mercari Japan, an auction house, or another Japanese vendor.
2. Send us the listing or purchase information.
3. Determine your maximum purchase or bidding amount in USD.
4. Purchase the equivalent number of Auction Credits.
5. We purchase the item or place the auction bid on your behalf.
6. The seller ships the item domestically to our warehouse in Japan.
7. We process the item for international forwarding and arrange shipment to you.
8. If we cannot secure the item, your unused Auction Credits can be refunded.

Item descriptions, condition, fitment, compatibility, intended use, photographs, measurements, and other listing information are provided by independent third-party sellers and vendors in Japan.

Buyers are responsible for researching and evaluating an item before authorizing its purchase. Please carefully review all available photographs, descriptions, part numbers, measurements, specifications, seller information, and other available details.

We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, compatibility issues, undisclosed or misunderstood condition, incomplete or inaccurate seller information, or other issues relating to the goods purchased.

Our role is to purchase and forward the goods you select. This product is a purchasing and international freight-forwarding service. We do not manufacture, inspect, warrant, or independently guarantee items sold by third-party sellers.

By purchasing Auction Credits and authorizing a purchase or bid, you acknowledge that you have researched the item and accept the risks associated with purchasing used or third-party goods from independent sellers in Japan.
